Diversity and Inclusion Statement
The Argenta Group of companies (Argenta) is committed to help improve the diversity and inclusion within our business. It is our belief that a diverse and united workforce is important for the success of any global company operating in a multi-cultural society.

Diversity and Inclusion Policy
Argenta has in place a Diversity and Inclusion Policy that sets out the principles underpinning the Company's approach to ensuring fairness and equality in the workplace across all levels of the organisation. This policy is made available to all staff and forms part of the Employee Handbook. The policy states that Argenta will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race (which includes colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins), religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or any other irrelevant factor. All employees of the Company are required to carry out their duties and conduct themselves in accordance with this policy.

Lloyd's Diversity and Inclusion Charter
In accordance with Argenta's commitment to diversity and inclusion, the Company has signed up to the Lloyd's Diversity and Inclusion Charter which is available from the Lloyd's website (www.lloyds.com). This charter makes a public pledge to champion diversity and positive change.

Training
Argenta is committed to ensuring that staff are educated and aware of the values and ethics that are important to the business. A computer based training programme is in place to ensure that all staff understand the benefits of diversity and the values that are important to Argenta in this regard.
