Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd (ASML)

ASML manages the affairs of Lloyd’s Syndicate 2121 and SPA 6134. Syndicate 2121, which benefits from Lloyd’s S&P credit rating of A+, provides both insurance and reinsurance solutions across a broad cross section of classes. 

Business is underwritten on a global basis although the Syndicate’s primary markets are the US, the UK and the Asia Pacific region. SPA 6134, set up in 2018, underwrites a quota share reinsurance of business written by Syndicate 2121.

ASML is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. 

Argenta Private Capital Ltd (APCL)

APCL provides private, institutional and corporate investors the opportunity to invest directly in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. APCL specialises in creating tax efficient investment portfolios for a worldwide client base. Every investment portfolio is tailor-made to suit clients’ circumstance and appetite for risk. APCL currently manages over £3.8 billion of investor capacity. Dating back to 1962, we have consistently been at the forefront of innovation in the Lloyd’s market.

APCL also provides tax compliance, structuring and planning advice to private and corporate clients as well as complementary tax, accounting and company secretarial services.

Argenta Underwriting Asia Pte Ltd

Argenta Underwriting Asia Pte Ltd operates through it branch office, Argenta Underwriting Australia (AUA). 

AUA was established in 2015 and is an approved coverholder for Argenta’s Lloyd’s Syndicate 2121.

Argenta Underwriting Asia Pte Ltd is registered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as an approved Lloyd’s Asia Scheme service company.
