Auction Three Day One data

Lloyd’s has released data relating to the first day of the third and final of this year’s capacity auctions. A total of £14.3m of capacity has been tendered for sale so far. This is down by £4.5m on the volumes in the second auction held last week. Some sellers do choose to tender their capacity for sale on the second day of the auction, and last week a Day One volume of £18.8m tenders was increased to £30m by Day Two. We therefore expect more capacity to become available tomorrow. There are tenders (for sale) registered for all 17 syndicates available to trade at auction. At present, 15 of the syndicates have registered subscriptions (offers to buy).

The auction will conclude tomorrow, with results available tomorrow evening (November 2^nd).
