Argenta Private Capital Limited Strengthens Its Board

Argenta Private Capital Limited (“APCL”), a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings Limited, has announced that it has strengthened its Board through the appointment of 3 new independent Non-executive Directors.

The new members of the Board, Cordelia Bowdery, Monica Burch and Philip Glaze, bring with them extensive experience of wealth management and the financial services industry more generally which will be invaluable in supporting the development of the future strategy of the business.

Cordelia Bowdery is an Associate Investment Partner at the independent discretionary investment management firm' Veritas Investment Partners. Cordelia was previously a Wealth Management Client Advisor at Rothschild for seven years and a Private Client Stockbroker at Killik & Co.

Monica Burch was a qualified solicitor and is the former Senior Partner at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard. Monica is currently Chair of the Board at the Crown Prosecution Service and a Non-Executive Board director at law firm Shoosmiths and Ark Syndicate Management Limited. Monica has also previously sat on the Board at Channel 4.

Philip Glaze was formerly Chief Investment Officer (UK) and Global CIO Multimanager at HSBC for nearly 14 years. Prior to this, Philip was Global Head of Research at Russell Investments. Currently, he is an Independent Investment Committee Member at Brooks MacDonald and at Barts Charity and Medical Research Foundation (UK).
