Why choose us

Our knowledge: Unparalleled experience and expertise in the Lloyd’s market allows us to offer well-informed tax and accountancy services to our clients. Our team has strong technical experience across all areas of our practice, and includes specialist practitioners in tax, accounting and company secretarial services, alongside a deep knowledge of the Lloyd’s market.

Our focus: We are dedicated to supporting our clients and delivering quality client service and satisfaction. We work closely with our colleagues to provide the best service possible and, as a result, we maintain long-standing relationships with our clients.

What we do

We provide tax and corporate services for corporate and private clients of APCL. We also undertake compliance and advisory services for non-APCL clients. We offer our clients high quality advice to help them make the most of their investment at Lloyd’s and their wider business activities.

For APCL clients, our services are included on a fixed fee basis as part of the Members’ Agency agreement. Additional support, technical advice and services can also be provided depending on client needs. This means we are able to offer an end-to-end service, which is popular with clients.

Our service offering

When investing at Lloyd’s and elsewhere, individuals and companies need specialised, high-quality advice. Argenta Tax and Corporate Services offer a variety of tax, accounting and corporate services, including restructuring advice, so that our clients have expert advice on hand should they require it.
